Fake blogs in chief minister's name

MALACCA: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam wants the police and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission to take action against those who had created fake blogs in his name.

He said the blogs were :
http://mohamadalirustam.blogspot.com,
http://mohdalirustam2.blogspot.com.

"My actual blog is www.mohdalirustam.com," he said here yesterday.
Mohd Ali said both the blogs were still active and carried articles purportedly written by him, along with comments on the articles. He said there were also people who left comments using his name in the blog created by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
He stressed that those comments did not come from him.He believed those responsible for the false blogs had malicious intentions against him.He said a police report on the matter had been lodged by special assistant in charge of his blog, Ahmad Faisal Mohd Yunos, at the Melaka Tengah police station. - Bernama
